Nantong Sunrise Foreign Trade Co.,Ltd sustains talent advantage and core competitiveness, the number of employees is over 120, the average age of employees is 37, the proportion of various professional and technical personnel is over 80%, and the number of employees with middle rank technical job title is 36, while the number of employees with senior technical job title is 7.
The group manufactures various products including cotton, hemp, wool, silk, blended fiber and other types of woven & knitted garments.
The core products of the group are all kinds of pants, and the group is called by peers of garment industry as "The King of Pants".
By the end of 2024, the cumulative turnover of Nantong Sunrise Foreign Trade Co.,Ltd has been over 2.1 billion dollars. The turnover declined in 2022 due to Covid-19 though, the company still achieved export value of 140 million dollars.

物品流通
物流储运部负责报关，仓储、运输。每个自有工厂均有数千平米的现代化仓储中心。每年出运约2000万件/套服装至26个国家和地区。

面料开发、成衣设计提案、缝制细节建议等。
生产进度管理
每个订单均有面料部、辅料部，以及生产部专人进行跟进，确保生产有条不紊，交期满足客户要求。
生产技术、生产品质管理
技术上——贸易公司有中级职称36人、高级职称7人；南通三荣技术管理中心，有专业技术人员20余人。品质上——贸易公司有品质控制专员(QC)29名，平均工作年限超15年；各子工厂另内设品质组；南通三荣检品公司，有检品人员数百人。
